Team Announcements  Cardinal Distrist Polar Bear #4 PostMeet results are posted below.
 Montgomery InvitationalOPTF did WORK once again. The Boys and Girls had stellar performances.
The Boys were led by Jairus Akanni Runner-Up finish in the High Jump, the Boys 4 x 800m Relay's fourth place finish and Garrett Smith's sixth place finish in the Long Jump. Josiah Fitzroy had a season's best 8.30 in the 55 HH. The Girls once again were on point. Breanna Walker won the 300m Dash in 40.76...#4 in VA and then anchored the 4 x 200m to a stunning finish in 1m44.80...#2 in VA, #11 in the US. Other strong efforts were Kalyn Simmmons fourth place finish in the High Jump. Kaina Hairston's seventh place finish in the 55m Dash. The 4 x 800m Relay finished seventh. Kathleen Klink PR'ed by a foot in the Shot Put with a toss of 28-04.50. ANOTHER SOLID EFFORT!!  THE WEEKENDOPTF had a Saturday @ the =PR= Holiday Invitational. We had some very strong performances. The Girls 4x2 and Breanna Walker in the 300m both came away with victories. Other strong efforts were turned in by Kalyn Simmons in the 300 and Brandy Wybersky in the 1600m. The Boys also had some super efforts. The 4x2 and 4x8 both ran strong. Alex Bannan came 5th in the 1000. What a stong way to start the season!!
